  1. How many more times is John Parrot going to put down Mark Selby this afternoon. Talk about bias. Hurry back John Virgo.

  2. Bring back Hazel Irvine miss her very professional presentation, commentary and chat – the new lady presenter is good but cannot compare to Hazel.

  3. HI GUYS SCRAP THE RERACK RULE, THESE GUYS ARE PROS NOT KIDS, THEY HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO PLAY ON , STALEMATE IS NOT A DISASTER, SKILL IS THE KEY, LET THEM PLAY ON,

  4. Alan McManus is rapidly becoming the voice of snooker on the BBC. His comments are constructive, well reasoned and presented in a manner that commands your attention. Perhaps not as successful as he should have been on the green baize, but a class act behind the microphone.

  5. Hi surely Ronnie O’Sullivan deserves a Knighthood like Lewis Hamilton did (team sport) if he wins the World Championship again for the seventh time especially the length of the time and age.
    Regards Richard

  6. Surely bad behaviour should be called out or at least explained by snooker pundits,is it enough for Steve Davis to say ” forget about that? Other players have recently been called out,, surely the same for everyone

  7. Hi I have loved watching the world snooker for the last 15 days and was really looking forward to the final . I must say that what happened in the last frame of the first session with Ronnie O’Sullivan and in my opinion his conduct with how he played such a unprofessional shot and conduct with the referee was disgusting and on this. Basis I am considering not watching any more of the final

  8. Rule changes – pretty much non existent when we should be modernising the game. Why can’t they bring in a rule for three fouls and a miss from a snooker means that the other player then has cueball in hand? I hate that the referee has to put the balls back after a miss. Also one minute is plenty of time for each shot. Would like to see one minute stop clock implemented. Usually when a player is in trouble and after 3 minutes end up fluffing the shot anyway. Interested in other peoples thoughts of ways the game can be improved. Stephen hendry also made a good point, why is there no purpose built facility for snooker for qualifying matches etc

  9. Judd Trump lost that match. He even admitted in his interview ” just make sure to hit the yellow then I probably won’t leave a free ball. He had no intention to try and hit the red, surely that’s a deliberate foul and if so you forfeit the frame. “Thoughts”

  10. No one deserves to win this quarter final trump vs hawkins but trump is the most cunning as always so he wins again. He has to do much better in the semi final.

  11. WHAT WE ARE MISSING ARE “CHARACTER’S”…. LET’S SAY…IF SOMEONE COULD LOCATE “TONY DRAGO”… FOR EXAMPLE… IMAGINE… STICK A RUBBER HELMET ON HIM AND HE’S ON GLUE… PICTURE IT…IT WOULD BE LIKE A BACK TO THE FUTURE DEAL WITH FLAMES ROUND THE TABLE….TONY “DELOREAN” DRAGO

  12. Mark allen is the most boring snooker player of all time and watch another channel when on. He may earn reasonable cash but so dull. Lowweski becoming as miserable a player in the tumble dryer .Disgraceful last pantomime free ball.

  13. The scenario: There is one red ball left on the table, my opponent takes his shot and misses the red completely however, the white ball lands behind for talking sake the blue, the blue ball is now hindering your shot as you can’t see both sides of the red, does this become a free ball to me? If yes I take the shot on nominating the blue ball knowing fine well that the ball is only worth 1 point as there is still a red on the table BUT, If I was then to roll up behind the nominated blue ball is that allowed or is this a foul shot therefore my opponent has a free ball or can ask me to play on. I hope the experts can clear this up once and for all.

    • Hi Adam, I might be wrong but in a free ball scenario you cant play a snooker behind the nominated colour, so foul shot. You could play a snooker off the blue though behind yellow/green/brown etc

  14. Please please stop mcmanus telling us how to suck eggs. Love world snooker but like most of my friends, watch it on mute when he’s telling us what we all know. Rant over.
