JOE Perry is through to the Champion of Champions semi-finals after a completing an impressive comeback win against John Higgins.

The Cambridge based potter, who earlier in the day beat Michael White, came back from 5-4 down to win 6-5 against the recent International Championship winner.
Higgins becomes the third big name star to have missed out on the final stages of this year’s Champions event after Judd Trump and Stuart Bingham lost in the opening round on Tuesday.
Thursday sees Australian Neil Robertson and World Championship finalist Shaun Murphy in action.
Perry joins Kyren Wilson in the semi-finals line-up after the young Englishman beat Zhou Yuelong 6-3.
